1. Scope and acceptance

These terms apply when you visit or use borayevirgen.com, including its demo projects, demo admin panels and the Uçan Kare mini game. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

They do not cover the One Card Closer mobile app (which has its own privacy policy and store terms), nor future websites built for clients, which will have their own terms.

2. About the site

borayevirgen.com is the personal portfolio of Boray Evirgen, an individual software developer. It presents projects, skills and contact details, and shows demo websites built to demonstrate what can be developed for different industries. "BEvn Labs" is a brand name used for mobile apps; it is not presented as a registered company.

3. Demo projects

The demo projects are examples made for presentation. In particular:

• Products, prices, stock levels, campaigns, rooms, listings, vehicles, treatments, appointments and similar information are representative.
• Businesses, brands, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, staff, reviews and images are used as samples. They do not describe a real business unless a page clearly says so.
• Booking, appointment, request and order forms may work so that the feature can be shown, but they do not create a real reservation, appointment or order, and nobody will contact you about them. Please use sample details, not your real personal information.
• Carts and checkouts are simulations. No payment is taken and no goods or services are delivered. Never enter real card or bank details.
• Membership and sign-in screens are samples. Admin panels are for demonstration to the site owner and to people the owner has invited.

Whether a particular demo works as a working form or as a screen-only example is described in the Demo Notice.

4. Third-party names and brands

A business name, brand name, logo or product name that appears in a demo does not mean that the owner of that name sells through this site, endorses it or is connected with it. Unless a page clearly says otherwise, the site owner makes no claim of any commercial relationship, authorization or partnership with any third-party brand. The clothing demo uses the name "TNÇ Outdoor", which is the name of a real brand. The demo's products, prices and images are sample content, and its use does not mean that the brand owner endorses it or sells through it. The automotive demo lists the names of real vehicle makers (for example Audi, BMW, Ford, Mercedes-Benz, Toyota and Volkswagen) only to make its sample listings look realistic. The cars, prices, mileage and photos are not real listings, and the makers have no connection with this site. Names and logos remain the property of their owners. If you are the owner of a name or image shown here and want it changed or removed, please write to the address in section 13.

5. Content, design and code

Unless stated otherwise, the design, text, code and structure of this site and its demos belong to Boray Evirgen. You may view and share links to the site. You may not copy, republish or sell the site or its demos as your own work, or present them as your own portfolio, without written permission. Fonts, icons and other third-party materials remain under their own licences. Images in the demos may be illustrative; ownership of third-party material stays with its owners.

6. Acceptable use

Please use the site and its demos only to look at and try the features. You agree not to:

• enter other people's personal information, real payment details, or health or other sensitive information in demo forms;
• try to break into, overload, scan or interfere with the site, its demos, admin panels or database, or bypass limits and sign-in;
• submit unlawful, abusive or misleading content, or use the demos to send spam;
• copy data from the site in bulk (scraping) or use it to build a competing or misleading service.

7. Demo admin panels

Demo admin panels are for demonstration. Access details are given by the site owner to specific people for evaluation and must not be shared. The site owner can reset a demo, delete its data or remove access at any time without notice. Anything entered in a demo may be removed.

8. Availability and changes

The site and its demos are provided as they are and may change, be unavailable or be removed at any time. I may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.

9. No warranty and limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, the site and its demos are provided without warranties of any kind, and the site owner is not liable for damage arising from using them or from relying on demo content. Content in demos is not professional advice: demo clinics, listings, prices, legal, financial or travel information are fictional and must not be relied on. Nothing here limits any right that you cannot waive under consumer or other mandatory law.

10. External links

The site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn or app stores. They are not controlled by the site owner, and their own terms and policies apply when you use them.

11. Real client projects

A demo may later be turned into a real website for a client. A real client website is operated by that business, which has its own legal identity, terms, privacy policy and contact details. These terms and the site's privacy policy are not copied to client websites automatically, and they do not apply to them.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. This does not take away mandatory consumer protection rights that apply where you live.

2. Site hakkında

borayevirgen.com, bireysel yazılım geliştirici Boray Evirgen'in kişisel portföyüdür. Projeleri, becerileri ve iletişim bilgilerini sunar ve farklı sektörler için nelerin geliştirilebileceğini göstermek amacıyla hazırlanmış demo web sitelerini gösterir. "BEvn Labs", mobil uygulamalar için kullanılan bir marka adıdır; kayıtlı bir şirket olarak sunulmamaktadır.

3. Demo projeler

Demo projeler sunum için hazırlanmış örneklerdir. Özellikle:

• Ürünler, fiyatlar, stok durumları, kampanyalar, odalar, ilanlar, araçlar, tedaviler, randevular ve benzeri bilgiler temsilidir.
• İşletmeler, markalar, adresler, telefon numaraları, e-posta adresleri, çalışanlar, yorumlar ve görseller örnek olarak kullanılır. Bir sayfa açıkça belirtmedikçe gerçek bir işletmeyi tanımlamaz.
• Rezervasyon, randevu, talep ve sipariş formları özelliği gösterebilmek için çalışabilir ama gerçek bir rezervasyon, randevu veya sipariş oluşturmaz ve kimse sizinle bu konuda iletişime geçmez. Lütfen gerçek kişisel bilgilerinizi değil, örnek bilgi kullanın.
• Sepet ve ödeme ekranları simülasyondur. Ödeme alınmaz, mal veya hizmet teslim edilmez. Gerçek kart ya da banka bilgisi asla girmeyin.

Yazılı izin olmadan siteyi veya demolarını kendi çalışmanız gibi kopyalayamaz, yeniden yayınlayamaz, satamaz veya kendi portföyünüz olarak sunamazsınız. Yazı tipleri, simgeler ve diğer üçüncü taraf materyaller kendi lisansları altındadır. Demolardaki görseller temsili olabilir; üçüncü taraf materyalin mülkiyeti sahiplerinde kalır.

6. Kabul edilebilir kullanım

7. Demo yönetim panelleri

Demo yönetim panelleri gösterim içindir. Erişim bilgilerini site sahibi belirli kişilere değerlendirme için verir ve paylaşılmamalıdır. Site sahibi bir demoyu istediği zaman bildirmeksizin sıfırlayabilir, verilerini silebilir veya erişimi kaldırabilir. Bir demoya girilen her şey silinebilir.

8. Erişilebilirlik ve değişiklikler

11. Gerçek müşteri projeleri

Bir demo ileride bir müşteri için gerçek bir web sitesine dönüştürülebilir. Gerçek bir müşteri web sitesini, kendi hukuki kimliği, koşulları, gizlilik politikası ve iletişim bilgileri olan o işletme işletir. Bu koşullar ve sitenin gizlilik politikası müşteri web sitelerine otomatik olarak kopyalanmaz ve onlar için geçerli değildir.

12. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Bu, yaşadığınız yerde geçerli olan emredici tüketici koruma haklarınızı ortadan kaldırmaz.
